Effortless Health

Unplugged

UNPLUGGED

1. The journey - a poem

The journey towards pleasure
Starts at the beginning
The most simple pleasure
The breath. Sensation. Feeling
Before words, Before concepts, ideas. Perhaps even imagination
The simple pleasures
Felt more deeply as vibrations
Currents
Tingle of delight
The orgasmic bliss of being

2. My blog

I started a blog many years ago Called effortless health. I loved writing for the blog. I felt overtaken by inspiration and a longing to share. Many years later I had lost inspiration for that blog and started a new one as my inspiration was re-ignited. The blog was called alternative living in London and the U.K. The price of keeping it live was why I stopped keeping it live as I was not working so much. I had an idea to put them both together on my effortless health Blog as I have realised how linked the subjects are. So the first new blog is called unplugged and is a story of my new way of living alternatively which begins with an intuitive camping trip!!

Why I was so up for camping :-)

EMF!!!

I became really interested in this topic while I was chatting with a wise friend. I'll interview her for my podcast on Tuesday :) She mentioned how their was a conflict within the community which was many friends arguing over whats more important climate change or the 5g. I remembered a dissertation I had once read that spoke about how we as a human race are often made to become at war with one another - the ways that happened and I wondered if this is what was happening here. I became interested and talked with friends about climate change/ environment and also I tried to find research about EMF because I know very little about it (scientifically) Apart from how I think it affects me..

I more recently started to feel how sensitive I am to EMF. Whenever I would travel into central London or be in the car for a long time I would feel tension in my head. Shooting pains in the back of my head. Emotional disruption. I put it down to EMF but I'm sure there's more factors too - but that's how I became interested in this topic and have found out a little bit so far. It was mostly from a pod cast I listed to from Paul Chek and Nick Pinault which is on his pod cast called Living 4d with Paul Chek.

ALTERNATIVE LIVING

I have also been interested in alternative living since spending 1 year living in a camper van in London!! You can read my blog about it I'll upload it to the Effortless health blog so you can check it out - as well as my other interviews with beings living alternatively :) and so I wanted to share about my camping trip which was epic!!! Currently I'm living in a beautiful caravan which reminds me a little of an Aladdins cave ☺️ it's in London so even tho I'm immersed in nature I still get the urge to get really out into the countryside! Me and my partner met on Friday afternoon and we talked through some options of where we could go. We both felt excitement about Norfolk!!! And off we went.. Well kind of. We sat for what felt like a life time in London traffic. Getting frazzled by stress vibes and EMF I felt like screaming my head was going crazy. My partner was like we could just go back I said no way!!! The urge to camp was strong! Soooo happy we went with the feeling because this trip was so nourishing, healing and we rely unplugged from all of the stressors of living in a city. I felt like sharing what helped us to feel unplugged from all that incoming noise

- sleeping close to the earth
- Walking barefoot as much as possible
- Crystals such as Amber and tigers Eye - my crystal shaman friend recommends fluorite crystal so I'll be buying some of that :)
- Meditation (sitting with spine tall, invite mind to relax into the body, relax)
- Staring at the stars for a long time
- Following our intuition

I'll finish with a poem I wrote whilst in the magical valley of Norfolk

The journey out was tense and slow
The incoming signals, sounds, EMF, stress, Rush
It hold us there...
But not for long
We get out onto the road
Where the trees
Shower us with their joy
Light now. We play
At last
Feeling the truth of our love
Into the valley of magic
Where 1000 stars fly across the night sky
Lamas walk on leads
And we sleep among the grass
Smells so strong
Vivid
Colour
The mind has relaxed
I feel myself
I love him, me, so free
The Galaxy
My dreams were so sweet

With love
Kirsty xxx
